I’m playing catch-up on my mixes listening—the backlog of promising sets grows daily, so instead of waiting any longer, I wanted to get this out the door today, since it’s been a minute since I sent one of these out.

Today’s roundup is a nicely varied selection that ought to suit any number of seasonal moods and needs:

  • a sumptuous set of Mediterranean idyll expressed in a shape-shifting blend of ambient atmospheres and laid-back rhythms, the perfect thing for a day on the water (or a much-needed vacation of the mind)

  • a canny selection of dancefloor edits and vintage electronic pop from a selector known for the depths of her Rekordbox

  • a rare detour into clean-lined techno psychedelia from one of the sharpest experimental composers of the past decade and a half

  • a three-CDJ report from the outer limits of drum & bass

…and more! I’ve been running, cooking, and editing to all of these over the past few weeks, and they have made my days immeasurably better. May they do the same for you.
